Mr. Hachey is a Senior Planning Analyst at JFA Analytics with 25 years of professional experience in both the private and public sector relating to environmental planning and compliance, transportation policy, and transportation and energy infrastructure planning. Mr. Hachey has extensive experience managing multidisciplinary teams and developing project scopes of work, budgets, and schedules. He has led interactions with clients as point of contact at all phases of research, analysis, planning, and documentation development.
