A. Gabrielle Westcott is a doctorally trained historian with over a decade of experience in U.S. foreign relations and applied history. She recently published work on Pacific alliances during the Vietnam War and produced a historical synthesis for the Kentucky Riverports study. Currently, she serves as Co-Director for the Historical Equity Action Lens (HEAL), a template designed to identify systemic inequities in transportation networks. Her career also includes extensive teaching on the impacts of race, class, and gender on U.S. policy, as well as developing practical curricula for lay audiences.
