California Enterprise Zone Applications

JFA has been successful in several California Enterprise Zone Applications that were submitted by clients (City of Oakland, City of Los Angeles, San Joaquin County, Monterey County, and Kings County) to the California Department of Housing for consideration of Enterprise Zone designation. Applications included research on regional economic development plans, job development plans, and regional socioeconomic conditions in relation to poverty rates, crime, unemployment, housing foreclosures, business closures, and military base closures.
