JFA analyzed the competitiveness of interstate highways I-76 and I-476 relative to alternative highways passing through or near Pennsylvania, and estimated the expected growth in truck trips through 2030. The study was used by an international consortium that bid to lease the Pennsylvania Turnpike for 99 years.
