In association with Metro Analytics, Vincent Matheney and Chandler Duncan led development of the Stonecrest Freight Cluster/Economic Alignment Plan. The plan draws actionable recommendations to address challenges and opportunities in Stonecrest’s freight network through an inventory and assessment report, a best practices report, and a traffic study. The plan aims to enhance freight mobility, improve traffic flow, and address safety concerns by implementing both short-term (1-5 years) and long-term (5+ years) projects, along with policy recommendations regarding land use, workforce access, and technology, and proposes innovative funding strategies.
