Vincent Matheney

Sr. Transportation Analyst, GIS and Visualization Specialist

Mr. Matheney has over 30 years of experience as a transportation planner and project manager. He recently led the DARTS MTP Update and the ARTS Freight Plan in Georgia, as well as several freight cluster plans for the Atlanta Regional Commission. His regional expertise extends to statewide freight plans in Alabama and Ohio.

A U.S. Air Force veteran, Mr. Matheney is an expert in GIS and data collection, notably developing ODOT’s Economic Development Impact Tool (EDIT). His diverse technical background also includes NEPA compliance, noise mitigation analysis, and leading dozens of public involvement campaigns for major transportation projects.
